I like overall composition ,but as for me : a structure a little bit boring... I think You should look more on music forms and see how to ge from there. I have this problem also... Melody is pleasure sounding and have development,but you`re not getting something new into song buy just playing same melody on the different instruments, check some Sviridov`s work for an examples.

Anyway, I have always struggled with development. It is something I am currently working on a lot. I'll have to check out Sviridov.
